  • Assist with the safe storage and handling of all Chemicals & 
    Lubricants within the Base, in accordance with Company Rules, API 
    Standards and Manufacturer's instructions and guidelines.
  • To check the material / chemical issued with Picking List and Purchase Orders, prepare the

Job Title: QA / QC Personnel
Location: Base Onne, Rivers

Job Description
  • Verify the suitability of lifting equipment before mobilization offshore.
  • Pre and post visual inspections of all CCUs and lifting set (slings, Crosby shackles, safety pins, rings).
  • Proper Storage of the slings, shackles and accessories.
  • Change the colour code when not specific inspection has to be done.
  • Maintenance inspection to keep the equipment in good condition.
  • Routine reparation and missing parts replacement.
  • Routine brushing, painting, greasing, cleaning of equipment.
  • Selection of required slings for pipe bundling.
  • Monitor the bundling of drill pipes.
  • To provide 3 quotations of reparation from the approved TOTAL contractors.

Job Description
  • Verify that all cargo loaded / offloaded on board supply vessel are properly packed as per TUCN handling and lifting procedures.
  • Verify the suitability of contractor's and TUCN's lifting gears 
    (certification, colour code, etc.) before and during loading / 
    offloading of cargo on supply vessels.
  • Verify cargo specifications stated on FWB.
  • Verify all Dangerous Goods (DG) are loaded and offloaded along with
    their proper documentation (Material Safety Data Sheet) in line with 
    IMDG code
  • Promote safe cargo handling / rigging & lifting operation in accordance to international best practices.
  • Frozen and chilled food containers are loaded along with the TUCN acceptable temperature range
  • Provides the vessel captain with all relevant documentation for 
    helifuel / explosive / RAM / DG loaded on the supply vessels, prior to 
    departure.
  • Reject any cargo not complying with the TUCN HSE rules, LMS 
    procedure, NSL International Rigging and Lifting practice. With other 
    international standard and code, and issue anomaly reports.
  • Communicates all rejected cargoes to Logistics Superintendent and 
    Entity Materials Superintendents to organize corrective measures with 
    cargo owner.
  • Attain weekly and monthly HSE meetings.
  • Enforce the company standard and safety on the jetty during the operation.

  • Track inventory reconciliation worksheet in liaison with the warehouse team
  • Ensures that all stocks items are safely and efficiently stored in

Job Title: Air Transport Officer

Job Description
  • In conjunction with Logistics Operations manager & NAF Base 
    coordinator, he will schedule, organise, direct and control all 
    day-to-day Aviation activities in a safe and efficient manner
  • Establish helicopter transport planning for passengers
  • Validate Daily all flight Reports and ensure all flight data are accurately and satisfactory reported.
  • Maintain all records of all Air transport report for references particularly the Helicopter operations master data
  • Operate the computer system (PTS or any other similar system) for Flight booking, administration /Personnel tracking.
  • Maintenance of records and statistics to ensure accurate reporting,

Job Title: RLM Officer

  • Attend the Quayside Operations Weekly Meeting.
  • Receive Freight Way Bills from Contractors and Third Parties.
  • Prepares and send Manifest and Vessel Movement Form (VMF) by email to necessary parties for each outbound vessel.
  • Create voyages for outbound vessels.
  • Close voyages for inbound vessels.
  • Create shipment for outbound vessels.
  • Close shipment for both inbound & outbound vessels to facilitate shipment receipt.
  • Perform shipment receipt for inbound vessels.
  • Respond to support calls from offshore logistics & onshore warehouse personnel.
  • Key-in data from Freight Way Bills in SAP to build up the loading list.
  • Produce the Loading List to signal commencement of cargo loading by mariners.
  • Update cargoes tonnages as given by the mariners.
  • Tally the number of cargoes on-board with the record given by the mariners (Night Duty).
  • Issue the manifest (at night to the night crew) to ensure the vessel is sailed by a mariner (Night Duty).
  • Proactively challenge the mariners on the roundtrip, non-manifested and missing items of inbound manifest.
  • To follow closely the use of CCU and their geographical location, for all sites.

Job Description
  • Attend the daily quayside tool box meeting with Senior Mariner.
  • Monitor the efficient, safe and effective day-to-day quay side 
    activities at Company Marine Logistic Base (FLT quay side and FOT quay 
    side Onne), in accordance with TOTAL DGEP rules: vessels 
    loading/offloading (deck cargo, bulk cargo, dangerous goods, critical 
    lif ts, etc.), vessels tank cleaning, cargo transfer in the f ree zone, 
    etc.
  • Liaise with entity coordinators (Field Operations/ECP, Drilling 
    & Completion, Projects, Support entities, Technical Logistics), 
    Vessel Masters, INTELS supervisors, Beach Masters for the cargo, vessels
    and logistics means movements, if requested by Senior Mariner or 
    Logistics Superintendent.
  • Follow up the mobilization of additional equipment to entities (FOPS, D&C, ECP, Projects) under Senior Mariner's requests.
  • Ensure the ETA of the vessels is known before the arrival.
  • Mobilize INTELSТ supervisors, clerks and OSBA before to commence the operations.
  • Collect the stamped manifest upon arrival of the vessel, report 
    immediately non-manifested cargo and missing items on board to the 
    logistics superintendent and Senior Mariner.
  • Report the backload for Third Parties, Helifuel tanks and Waste 
    Skips at the arrival of the vessel and on a daily basis to Logistics 
    Superintendent and Senior Mariner.
  • Check for potential drop objects and other anomalies before loading and discharging.
  • Ensure accuracy of INTELSТ supervisors and clerks in the operations execution and reporting.
  • Stuffing/unstuffing of mini containers at the quay side stacking area.
  • Collect and dispatch the loading list to the vessel bridge before the load out.

  • Submit and stamp outbound cargo manifest to the vessel.

  • Create for each invoices the corresponding e-JPC in SAP

    terms and conditions of the contract concerned.
  • Liaise with the vendors when necessary to solve discrepancies and ensure smooth invoicing process
  • Ensuring that all concerned vendors adhere to the terms and conditions as stipulated in the contract

  • Attend the Quayside Operations Weekly Meeting and distribute the minutes to the entire team.
  • Manage and update the CCU inspection follow up documentations daily.
  • Achieve the weekly inventory of all CCU at the base, stacking area and vendors (FLT and FOT).
  • Update and manage of all movements/locations of CCUs (Cargo Carrying Unit) on Excel spreadsheet daily.
  • Update of weekly hour readings of INTELS dedicated equipment at Total Quayside. [TBD, practice not in use anymore]
  • Receive, scan and f ile all inbound stamped manifests and 
    documentations, loading -list documents, all bulking and stuffing lists,
    & CCU certificates.
  • Receive, scan and f ile radioactive/explosive/food check list and 
    helifuel tanks documentations. [Maybe relevant to add the reporting in 
    the Excel tracker and maintaining the f iles since she consolidates 
    already the data]

  • In conjunction with Land & Marine supervisor, establish and 
    provide weekly/daily truck planning in order to cope with operational 
    requirements
  • Analyse various requests, and decide on truck routing to ensure that truck usage is fully optimized.
  • Maintenance of records (Truck daily report) and statistics to 
    ensure accurate reporting with KPI, these records being used for cost 
    allocation and invoice checking.
  • Responsible for the total compliance of truck contractors to company rules regarding speed limits,
  • alcohol and drug usage, and general driving etiquettes
  • Ensures that the various entities request for material transfer f 
    rom total logistics base to various contractor sites provide complete 
    and appropriate shipping documents to enhance smooth and efficient 
    logistics service delivery
  • In conjunction with Land & Marine supervisor o versees all 
    activities relating to security vesselТs bunkering, which includes 
    supply and discharge of gasoil product by tanker
  • Follow-up all the consumption report for the entire security vessel f leet o n daily basis and report any discrepancy found.
  • Have the monthly consumption report and daily vessel report signed by the vessel master.
  • Make sure that all necessary port authority documentations are done prior to bunkering.
  • Prepare weekly bunkering planning in cooperation with all involved parties (Security Dept., Vessels, AGO suppliers)
  • Collect all necessary document after bunkering operations (certificate of quantity, way bill, quality certificate)
  • Supervise the replenishment of Amadi Base (TOTAL AGO Stock)
  • Follow AGO stock in Amadi and Onne and raise necessary request for PR/PO to be done by Procurement Dept.

Location: Rivers
Job Description
  • Coordinate and supervise the quay side operations 
    (loading/offloading of deck cargo and bulk cargo, tank cleaning, etc) 
    and guarantee the operations are performed safely and efficiently, and 
    meet the required specifications.
  • Attend the Quayside Operations Weekly Meeting.
  • Reporting all operational delays due to INTELS as well as equipment unavailability.
  • Work toward company core values that include safety, security, health and environment.
  • Must see to it that all critical lifts as defined by LMS shall not 
    be lif ted until approved by SLS through Logistic Superintendent.
  • Liaise with Port Captain and arrange for the effective berthing and repositioning of inbound vessels.
  • Supervised the activities of the junior mariners / RLM / QAQC.
  • Organized and arrange for tank cleaning / bunkering operations.
  • As the head of operations at night, every emergency situation must be taken care of by him and transmit same to the hierarchy.
  • During night operations, will give instructions to vessels in case of swapping and repositioning for discharge / loading.
  • On resumption, will obtain program/work schedule f rom Logistics Superintendent and share to members of the group.
  • Proactively ensure that the third party trucks/ personnel are compliant to Total's safety rule.
  • Responsible for the enforcement of working instructions and rules at the quayside.
  • Has a delegated authority for bunkering, heavy lif t permit 
    opening. All safety measures are checked and operation not commence 
    until proper assessment is done.
  • To ensure compliance at all times with COMPANY Lifting Management System (LMS).
  • To optimize the use of dedicated lif ting equipment (cranes, forklifts, trucks, lif t modules, etc)
  • To minimize the use of spot lifting equipment (cranes, forklifts, trucks, lift module, etc)
  • To minimize trucks demurrage.
  • To participate in the drive for zero multiple handling.
  • To ensure the accuracy of all INTELS Cargo Measurement Report and Equipment timesheet .

Job Title: PREMOB Inspector
Location: Port-Harcourt, Rivers
Job Description
  • Pre-mobilization inspection of TUCN and contractor's lifting equipment to ensure compliance to international standards.
  • Verify lifting equipment certificate to ensure genuineness and conformance to requirement.
  • Identify and report non-conformances observed in the equipment being inspected.
  • Issue conformance report and stickers for accepted equipment to acknowledge same.
  • Carry out a close-out inspection on lifting equipment to ensure conformity.
  • Advise contractors on proper maintenance of lifting equipment and colour coding.
  • Maintain and update pre-mob inspection tracking database.
Job Requirements

  • Must possess Industry related qualifications such as LEEA /NSL / CPA etc.
  • Broad and extensive knowledge in handling & lifting appliance & operations
  • Knowledge and competency in the use of Microsoft Office package
  • Demonstrate sufficient knowledge of quayside operations and application of TUCN LMS.
  • Ability to prepare and/or review risk assessments relating to the job function.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Have a good command of English Language
  • Keen attention to detail and ability to effectively manage time.
