Scenario I came across online today that made me feel sorry for this world

I feel sorry for the world when I hear stories of law enforcement officials committing serious crimes.
This happens a lot in a country like Nigeria, where corruption has eaten deep into the hearts of most Nigerians. In fact, the Nigerian government is to be blamed for most of the corrupt practices.

For the past two weeks now, different states governments in Nigeria have enforced compulsory wearing of face masks and have also set up mobile courts to prosecute whoever violates the government’s guidelines. The violators are usually quarantined for 14 days before persecution.
This means the government’s COVID-19 task force officials will be seen virtually everywhere, ensuring that people obey the government’s order.
But today in Anambra State, southeastern part of Nigeria, some task force officials were nabbed while sexually assaulting a young girl they accused of “flouting” the law on wearing of face masks.
As the officials were taking advantage of the girl in their vehicle, people noticed this and got infuriated to the extent that they destroyed some parts of the officials’ vehicle.
The girl was found unclad, with her bra and shirt thrown on the ground.
You can imagine how sad this is! If the people hadn’t spotted them, this would have been swept under the carpet. I’m sure they are not the only government officials committing heinous crimes
