Responsibilities
- Manage customer requests and complaints via phone, emails.
- Notify clients about service updates.
- Give customer service recommendations to company's executive.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Customer care officer
- Effective communication and rapport with clients.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and practices
- Must have completed NYSC program.
